BENEFITS OF SPONSORSHIP
The goal of the Kansas City Heartland Area HDI Chapter Sponsorship program is to provide a unique opportunity for companies and organizations in the Heartland. The Chapter provides companies an opportunity that targets a dynamic group of IT Service and Support leaders with the organizational message, products, or services. Sponsors will be able to share the organization’s brand and key message with people who are interested in hearing it. Each organization can gain new contacts, friends, and visibility within the local and national communities.
Heartland Chapter Sponsorship provides each organization generous exposure at events, Chapter meetings, the Heartland website and meeting invitations. Sponsors also have the opportunity to become an exclusive featured presenter at Chapter meetings on their products, services or a case study. Below are some interesting facts about the Heartland Chapter:
- The HDI Chapter holds at minimum four (4) Chapter events annually. These events are open for members and registered guests.
- Chapter events are pre-booked with relevant speaker presentations by industry experts. They speak on a wide range of topics, which are both interesting and informative to our members.
- Heartland Chapter events are networking opportunities and present opportunities to engage with local IT Service and Support professionals.
- The Heartland Chapter website utilizes various Social Media sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to reach their audience.
Each organization’s involvement in the Heartland Chapter Company Sponsorship program distinguishes them above others while getting their message out to targeted professionals. As a registered non-profit organization, we truly depend on membership and sponsor support to continue to provide the valuable resource of an association focused on IT service and support professionals. The Heartland Chapter is managed by experienced and influential volunteers from the service and support industry striving to work together to raise the bar in our industry.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Platinum Sponsorship ($2,500)
- This is an annual sponsorship that covers costs incurred by the chapter for all hosted meetings and events. Only one sponsorship at this level.
- 15-minute sponsor presentation on company & services offered (1 planned meeting)
- Invitation for up to four (4) guests to attend all meetings
- Distribution table for brochures, promotional materials and/or giveaways
- Direct contact to event attendees during networking sessions
- Ability to provide raffle prize at table for business cards (separate from main Raffle drawing).
- Company link and logo on HDI Chapter website (diamond, annually)
- Email of company marketing material to membership 1x per year
- Sponsorship recognition on monthly meeting invites (diamond level, annually)
- Ability to utilize Heartland HDI Chapter Logo on Sponsors website and marketing collateral (annually)
- Automatic Sponsorship of Heartland HDI’s Award Reception in December at no cost to the vendor. This includes a 10-minute product/service demo.
- Annual HDI membership for 1 individual ($149 value)
- Access to research practices including the highly valuable yearly, Practices and Salary Report
- Key networking opportunities via HDI Connect Access as well as discounted HDI conferences and certifications
Gold Sponsorship ($1,500)
This is an annual sponsorship that covers costs incurred by the chapter for all hosted meetings and events.

- Distribution table for brochures, promotional materials and/or giveaways
- Direct contact to event attendees during networking sessions
- Ability to provide raffle prize at table for business cards (separate from main Raffle drawing).

BronzeSponsorship ($200)
This is an annual sponsorship that covers costs incurred by the chapter for all hosted meetings and events
- Invitation for a single (1) guest to attend all meetings
- Distribution table for brochures, promotional materials and/or giveaways
- Direct contact to event attendees during networking sessions
- Company link and logo on HDI Chapter website for the year (bronze level, annually)
- Sponsorship recognition on monthly meeting invites (bronze level, annually)
