I have been in the IT Industry for the past 15 years. Most recently managing a Help Desk at Cerner Corporation. I am passionate about leadership and sharing ideas with other IT professionals. I enjoy the knowledge and professional network that HDI brings to me on a daily basis. Look forward to seeing you soon at an HDI Heartland event.
Hello HDI Members in the Heartland! It is so great to be able to talk with you. I realize some of you may be new to HDI and some of you may be veterans, but let me take a moment to introduce you to HDI and the HDI Heartland Chapter.
I am a Texas native but I have made my home in the KC area. Been here for about 6 years and I don't plan on leaving. I have over 7 years of IT experience, and am currently employed at Garmin International. I'm extremely grateful for having the opportunity to be apart of the HDI family!
I have 20 years of customer service experience with 11 of that in IT Service Delivery for Federal and DOD customers. I have experience in Knowledge Management, SvD Training, Analytics and Reporting, Technical and Policy writing etc. I look forward to meeting other IT professionals and sharing ideas through HDI.
Hello HDI members, I am proud to be the newest of your Local Chapter Officers (LCO) and I look forward to the challenges the VP of Membership position will bring. As for my background, I am the Technical Services Manager for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Enterprise Services Desk (ESD). My primary responsibilities are providing the service desk with technical oversight into the vast technologies and services the Marine Corps uses and to those the ESD supports. Additionally, I have direct input and influence in the development and implementation to the ESD’s ITSM processes and to those ITSM processes used throughout the enterprise. I have right at 30 years of combined electronics and IT experience. As a Marine Reservist, I am a Data Systems Engineering Officer. I feel my leadership, commitment to perfection, and constant drive to improve will be key contributing factors in my success in supporting the revitalization of Heartland Chapter as one of its LCO’s.
