Stephen Sellaro is currently the Sr. Service Desk Operations Center Manager for
the Moonshot Solutions Service Desk. Responsible for Daily Operations
over the Moonshot Service Desk and its personnel. The primary
responsibility is to ensure that end users receive the highest level of
customer care and service possible. This includes, and not limited to, the
responsibility of managing all processes and procedures related to the
identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user service requests.
This includes the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of all service desk
functions throughout the enterprise. Stephen has been involved with HDI for
over two decades. Stephen attributes many of his successes in his career to HDI
and has made wonderful friendships and work-related connections.
